Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, CHASTITY CAGE CO maintains a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety and health of all our customers. We accept returns only on unopened items in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, unopened, and still secured in its original tamper-evident factory seal to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the seal integrity of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
